Welcome to Golden Lotus Villas! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at https://goldenlotusvillas.com/. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Golden Lotus Villas’ website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

  1. Definitions

     Company," "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to Golden Lotus Villas.

     Guest," "You," or "Your" refers to the person using this website and/or making a booking.

     “Property" refers to the villas listed on our website available for booking.

     Booking" refers to a reservation made by the Guest for a stay at one of our Properties.

  1. Use of the Website

     The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

     You must not use this website in any way that causes or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

     Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense

  1. Booking Terms

     By making a booking through our website, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

     All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Golden Lotus Villas.

     A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

  1. Payment

     Payment must be made in whole or as per the agreed payment schedule at the time of booking.

     We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers.

     Any bank or transaction fees must be covered by the Guest.

  1. Deposit and Villa Contract

     Security Deposit: Upon booking, guests are required to pay a security deposit, which is held as collateral for any damages or unpaid charges incurred during the stay. The amount of the deposit will be communicated during the booking process.

     Villa Contract: Upon check-in, guests are required to sign our Villa Contract, which outlines the house rules, responsibilities, and any additional terms specific to the villa. Failure to sign the contract may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

     Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be refunded right immediately after check-out, provided that no damages or unpaid charges are incurred during the stay. If any damages or unpaid charges exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for the additional costs.

  1. Electricity Fees

     Meter Readings: Upon check-in, our staff will take a picture of the electricity meter, which will be shared with you as a record of the starting meter reading. A similar procedure will be followed at check-out.

     Electricity Charges: Electricity consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the check-in and check-out meter readings. The cost of electricity will be charged at a rate of 9 THB per unit (kWh). The total electricity fee will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay.

  1. Cancellation Policy

     Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the booking.

     Refunds: If eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request

  1. Check-In and Check-Out

     Check-in time is 14:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.

     Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  1. House Rules

     Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is according to the number at the bottom of each bookable villa page. exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.

     Noise and Disturbances: Guests are required to maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during nighttime hours. Any complaints from neighbors or reports of excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.

  1. Guest Responsibilities

     Guests are expected to keep the Property in good condition and are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

     The Property is for accommodation and cannot be used for illegal activities.

  1. Liability

     Golden Lotus Villas is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website, including but not limited to booking cancellations, loss of personal belongings, or injury.

     We do not accept liability for any disruptions or delays in travel or any other factors outside our control.

  1. Privacy

     Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

  1. Governing Law

     These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

  1. Changes to Terms

     Golden Lotus Villas reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
